Tofu Whipped Topping
Ingredients
- 12.3 oz. silken tofu, extra firm 3 T. honey
- ¼ c. cashews 1/8 t. salt
- ½ c. hot water ½ t. coconut extract
- ¼ c. unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Blend coconut in hot water in blender.
- Add cashews and blend again.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Chill before serving.
