Quick & Easy Pie Crust
Ingredients- ½ c. almonds
- ¼ c. whole wheat flour
- ½ c. walnuts
- ¾ c. quick oats
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ c. water
Instructions- Grind nuts in food processor.
- Add quick oats, flour and salt and process again.
- Gradually add water until a ball of dough is formed.
- Roll out between waxed paper.
- For baked pie shell, prick with fork and bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 20 minutes).
- If using a filling that needs to cook add filling and bake according to recipe.
