Ingredients- ¼ c. raw cashews
- 4 oz. jar pimento, drained
- 1 T. lemon juice
- ¼ c. nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 T. tahini
- 1 t. onion powder
- ¼ t. garlic powder
- ¼ c. cornstarch
- 1¼ t. salt
- 2½ c. water
Instructions- Bring 1½ cupsof the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Liquefy theremaining ingredients including the remaining 1 cup of water in blender.
- Pour blended mixture into boiling water and continue cooking until thick.
Serve immediately over broccoli, pasta, baked potato, toast, or anything you would use cheese sauce for.
