Ingredients
- ½ c. raw sunflower seeds
- ½ c. hot, cooked brown rice
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1½ t. onion powder or 1½ T. fresh onion
- ½ t. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
- ½ t. dill weed
InstructionsBlend all ingredients until smooth. Chill and serve.
