
- 1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds or cashews or light olive oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 12.3 oz silken tofu, extra firm
- 2½ T. lemon juice
- ¾ t. salt
- ½ t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Use spatula to stir during blending process.
- Chill. Keeps for 7-10 days in refrigerator.
- For Sour Cream, add one additional tablespoon lemon juice.
