
- 1 c. hulled sesame seeds
- ¼ c. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 t. onion powder
- ½ t. garlic powder
- ½ t. salt
- Place all ingredients into dry blender or ½ a recipe at a time into an electric coffee mill.
- Mill until seeds are ground and ingredients are well combined. Freezes well.
- Serve with lemon juice over salad, use for garlic bread, or for a parmesan cheese substitute.
