Quick & Easy Pie Crust

Quick & Easy Pie CrustIngredients
  • ½ c. almonds
  • ¼ c. whole wheat flour
  • ½ c. walnuts
  • ¾ c. quick oats
  • ½ t. salt
  • ¼ c. water

Instructions
  1. Grind nuts in food processor.
  2. Add quick oats, flour and salt and process again.
  3. Gradually add water until a ball of dough is formed.
  4. Roll out between waxed paper.
  5. For baked pie shell, prick with fork and bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 20 minutes).
  6. If using a filling that needs to cook add filling and bake according to recipe.
