Ingredients
- 3 c. brown rice*
- 6 c. water
- 1 t. salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into 9x13” casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
*To add a toasty flavor, raw rice may be toasted (dextrinized) in a heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until rice is a light golden brown. Place leftover rice in 2 cup portions in ziplock bags and freeze for later use.
