Ingredients
- 1 c. whole grain (try 3 different grains* together)
- 3 c. water
- ½ t. salt
Instructions
- Cook overnight in one-quart crockpot.
- Add dried fruit after cooking if desired.
- Serve with granola, ground flaxseed and soymilk.
*A good combination is oat groats, kamut, and millet. Double or triple recipe for larger crockpot.
