Dill Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ c. raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ c. hot, cooked brown rice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 1½ t. onion powder or 1½ T. fresh onion
  • ½ t. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
  • ½ t. dill weed

Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill and serve.
