QUICK
& EASY PIE CRUST
| ½ c. almonds |
¼ c. whole wheat flour |
| ½
c. walnuts |
¾
c. quick oats |
| ½
t. salt |
¼
c. water |
- Grind nuts in
food processor.
- Add quick
oats, flour and salt and process again.
- Gradually add
water until a ball of dough is formed.
- Roll out
between waxed paper.
- For baked pie
shell, prick with fork and bake at 350 degrees
until brown (about 20 minutes).
- If using a
filling that needs to cook add filling and bake
according to recipe.
